Qualifications

*Combined annual income greater than 30x monthly rent

*Submit SSN and photo ID – identity verification

*Submit application, employment verification, and paycheck receipts

*Management reserves the right to perform a background check if applicant is unable to provide adequate documentation

Application Process

*Submit a fully complete waitlist / application form (1 combined form) using the above links. This form will both provide necessary information to management and secure an applicant’s position for future availability. As units become available management will contact applicants in order.

*At the end of application process, a background check may be required if applicant is unable to provide adequate documentation. The report is completed by TransUnion for a cost paid direct to TransUnion by the applicant. This screening and payment will not occur until/unless landlord conditionally approves applicant(s).
